The club year runs from May 1st to April 30th.

Membership fees for the current year are:

Chipperfield Tennis Club Rules

1. Court booking sheets are displayed for 2 weeks on the club notice board adjacent to court 1. Family members may book 3 hours per weekly sheet not more than 2 hours taken at any one time. Adult* and junior members may book 2 hours per sheets

2. Members may only book courts in their own name

3. Junior members aged 10 or under are not allowed to play without an adult member present

4. A court booking is forfeited if 10 minutes elapses without play commencing. In case of a 2 hour booking it is the first hour that is lost

5. Regular offenders of "booking and not showing" face suspension from the club

6. Non-members wishing to play on the courts must pay a casual fee, payable at the Chipperfield Larder, the Street, Chipperfield. Non members are unable to book a court in advance but can play where a slot is unbooked.
a) with a member £3 per person, per hour
b) with no member present, £5 per person, per hour

7. Play under floodlights on Court 2 is available until 9pm each day

8. Non marking tennis shoes/trainers only to be worn on court

9. No dogs, bikes, skateboards etc allowed on courts

10. No tennis balls may be retrieved from the allotments

11. Any individual found damaging the courts or club property shall be liable to face prosecution and shall be suspended from the club if a member

12. No other ball games are allowed on the tennis courts

* Adults when described in Club Rules are aged 19 or over
